Collaboration: Place: Change is the Arts Council England Transforming Leadership programme for Norfolk and Suffolk. Achates has worked with the National Centre for Writing, Clore Leadership and University of East Anglia to develop a unique new programme that challenges the approach of established and emerging leaders to the sector whilst building their skills and resilience. Achates leads on the delivery of sessions which help participants to develop an understanding of UK cultural policy, an audience informed approach, build a strong sense of purpose and develop activity through logic models.
