In early 2023 Achates Recruits worked with Bradford City of Culture 2025 to recruit their Head of Development. This was a new and crucial role for Bradford 2025, both in terms of building their senior leadership team, and recruiting an experienced development leader who could progress their relationships with a wide range of funders from major corporate and statutory supporters to community level giving. Achates Recruits embarked on a wide search both nationally and regionally to ensure that Bradford 2025 were able to appoint someone with the expertise and experience required to bring a proactive and strategic approach to the role.
