Highest compliments to your team. The experience with each of the team members has been smooth, bespoke and so friendly. The quality of the work is just excellent. Deborah’s report will be a bible for us in the next few years and my colleagues have been hugely impressed.

Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust cares for a Victorian Palace and 196- acres of public parkland at the heart of Haringey, North London. ‘Ally Pally’ showcases innovative entertainment in its Grade II listed Park and Palace, providing great experiences that enrich lives, forever.

In 2023 Alexandra Palace celebrated its 150th birthday and embarked on a 10- year vision to establish the Park and Palace as a sustainable home for everyone to experience inspirational culture, world-class entertainment, unique heritage, life-enriching creative and educational opportunities and restorative green space.

As the organisation approached a new phase of capital works, it needed to analyse and understand the likely sources of contributed income, including the timeline and cultivation required.

Achates undertook a research project to assess the prospect pipeline for capital and revenue fundraising and made a series of recommendations which could underpin the organisation’s fundraising strategy across the next 2-3 years.
