PalMusic UK are the national ambassadors for the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music in Palestine which improves the lives of young Palestinians through music and provides musical education of the highest quality. PalMusic’s mission is to support the ENSCM in Palestine by raising crucial funds to support their work. They also work to support young Palestinian musicians based in the UK to access high level formal training, while promoting and showcasing Palestinian music through concerts, events, and tours.

Having played a key role in the creation of the organisation, as Palmusic UK celebrates its 10 th anniversary, Achates supported PalMusic UK to recruit a new Director to lead the organisation into its next stage. Our work involved supporting the Chair and members of the Board to shape and articulate the role to best suit the objectives of the organisation, conducting a thorough search to identify candidates with suitable fundraising and leadership experience, and supporting throughout the interview and appointment stages to ensure PalMusic UK recruited an individual who would lead the organisation into the next 10 years of its story.
